Refractory Planetary Mixer consists of feeding mechanism, stirring mechanism, unloading mechanism, water supply system, electric control system and so on. It can mix aggregate, gravel, lightweight aggregate concrete, plastic concrete, dry concrete, and all kinds of mortar. The two horizontal mixing shafts in the mixing drum of the machine are stirred by reverse rotation at the same speed. The pneumatic piston push rod is used to discharge the motor automatically when discharging.
Features of Planetary mixer
Planetary mixer is a new type of high efficiency, stirring without dead corner equipment; it has a unique form of stirring. Planet drive the two stirring shaft turns around the material barrel, at the same time, the stirring shaft is high-speed operation, so that the material is strong shearing action, achieve full dispersion and mixing effect. In addition to the equipment within the knife scraping wall around the cylinder axis rotation, will be stuck on the wall material scraping and then put them into mixing shear, that make no residual material in the mixer and mixing effect is more ideal. Cylinder with special seal structure and have the pressure or vacuum stirring. Mixer has good deaeration effect, the cylinder body can be designed to be heated or cooled according to customers' needs. The cover is hydraulic lifting, convenient to operate and clean and the cylinder body can move freely.
